Ken is our long serving Sales Director and has been with FTM since its incorporation. Our Customers stay loyal and long. We can attribute this to Ken's rapport with the Customer. This, together with his experience and technical knowledge, ensures that as a Customer, you get exactly what you need at a realistic and competitive price.

Mike Fisher has been with FTM for over 25 years and is our Operations Director.
His aim is that, as an FTM Customer, you receive a quality, professional service.
Mike's knowledge of fork trucks is second to none, having attended numerous courses with Toyota, Manitou and RCM, so with his extensive knowledge and experience we can ensure that you receive expert advice on all your material handling needs, including attachments and ancillary equipment.

Having joined FTM in 1997 as a Workshop Engineer, Wynne is now our Service Manager.
He is therefore able to give you professional advice for the specific demands of your operation. If you need service or maintenance on your trucks please contact Wynne to ensure they are kept running smoothly and efficiently at a cost effective, competitive price.

Andrew has been our co-ordinator for Hire, Sales and Service since 2007. FTM has its own bespoke lorry for transporting trucks to and from Customers and Andrew is also responsible for the administration to ensure all regulations are adhered to, thereby ensuring our Customers receive a first class transport service whether you buy or hire one of our trucks.

Claire is our longest serving Accounts administrator, having joined the Company in 2001. She is our Sales Ledger Manager and is responsible for all Credit Control matters. If you would like to contact Claire regarding any invoice or credit control information, she can be contacted on any Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. At all other times you can address any queries to the Accounts Office.

Paula joined the Company in 2002 and is our Office Manager. Her background is in Purchase Ledger. As well as managing our Purchase Ledger she also deals with the Company Management Accounts. Suzanne joined FTM IN 2006. As Company PA and Accounts administrator, she deals with HR/Personnel matters, invoicing of the Hire Fleet and is our Health and Safety Co-ordinator. Howard is very experienced in parts and distribution. He is detail oriented and a problem solver with superior Customer service skills. Rob McCrum - Senior Manitou Engineer

Rob joined FTM in July 1988 and is our senior Manitou Engineer.  Manitou has a range of multipurpose industrial handling machines whose multifunctionality enables them to work in all industrial environments.   Whilst Rob has an exceptional knowledge of the Manitou product he also has been trained to Toyota, Fantuzzi and RCM specifications.  This together with his excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail will ensure that you receive first class aftercare service on your machines.

 

 

 

Company Field Service Engineers

FTM have a mobile fleet of qualified engineers who have been trained to Manufacturers (Toyota, Manitou, Fantuzzi and RCM) specifications with full product knowledge.

Each of our Engineers have their own fully equipped Company van, enabling FTM to give wide geographical support to all its Customers.

Our Engineers are in constant communication with our Service Department and this, together with the fact that our Company vehicles have recently been fitted with state of the art tracker devices, means that we are able to monitor and therefore deploy our Engineers far more efficiently. We have therefore been able to improve our response times and as a result the Customer is able to keep down time to a minimum and cost efficiencies at a maximum. Our first time rate fix currently stands at 94%.
